Blackstone Valley Community Health Care Holds Donor Recognition Reception
RIHEBC’s Executive Director, Kim Mooers, attended a donor recognition event on January 13th at Blackstone Valley Community Health Care’s newly-opened Neighborhood Health Station in Central Falls.
Kim is pictured in front of the plaque commemorating RIHEBC’s $100,000 grant to help fund the construction of the facility, a national model and first-of-its-kind health center bringing coordinated care to Central Falls and surrounding communities.
