With competitive rates and terms of 3, 5, 7, and 10 years, HELP loans will range in size from $25,000 to $250,000 and are specifically designed to support organizations who have missions related to enhancing the lives of Rhode Islanders with health and well-being programs, and cultural and educational programs.
