Request for Proposals from Firms

Interested in Acting as Municipal Advisor

 

The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation ("the Corporation"), a quasi-public corporation of the State of Rhode Island, is soliciting proposals from firms interested in acting as Municipal Advisor to the Corporation. The Corporation’s municipal advisor will provide assistance, advice and recommendations in connection with the Corporation’s issuance of bonds, notes and other financing vehicles.

 

Completed proposals must be received by the Corporation no later than 12:00 p.m., EST, on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
