RIHEBC Funds $100,000 Capital Grant for New Sprinkler System at Trudeau Center’s Mullen Building

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – On May 31st, the Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (RIHEBC) visited the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center in Warwick to present a ceremonial $100,000 Capital Grant Program check for the installation of a new NFPA13 fire sprinkler system in the Mullen Building which houses the Early Intervention Clinic, as well as a recreational center and gymnasium used for social and sporting events for children and adults with disabilities.”

“The Trudeau Center provides essential services to Rhode Island children and adults with disabilities, and we are pleased to help support their mission with this $100,000 Capital Grant Program check for a new sprinkler system in their Mullen Building,” said Kim Mooers, Executive Director of RIHEBC.

“The Mullen Building is such an important resource for the children and adults with disabilities we serve, and this $100,000 RIHEBC grant will allow us to invest in a needed new fire sprinkler system for the space,” said Dr. Al Vario, President and CEO of the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center. “We thank RIHEBC for this grant support to help us meet our facilities needs so we can continue to deliver the services our clients depend on.”
