Request for Statements of Qualifications from Firms Interested in Acting as Municipal Advisor to the Corporation’s Borrowers

The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (“the Corporation”), a Quasi-Public Corporation of the State of Rhode Island, is soliciting statements of qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in acting as Municipal Advisor to the Corporation’s borrowers. Borrowers’ municipal advisors will provide assistance, advice and recommendations to borrowers that apply for financing through the Corporation.

Completed SOQs must be received by the Corporation no later than 12:00 p.m., EST, on Wednesday, July 3, 2016.

The form of the request for SOQ may be requested from the Corporation by email at rfp@rihebc.com.
