Healthcare Institutions should complete the Master Application for Financing as well as Rider A for Healthcare Providers to apply for financing through RIHEBC.
In addition, institutions are suggested to use the following documents to assist in bringing a vote before their institutions Board of Directors:

Suggested Authorizing Language for Application to RIHEBC
