RIHEBC Closes On $36 Million Bond For Construction Of New Dormitory At Salve Regina University

On May 15, 2025, we closed on a $36 million bond on behalf of Salve Regina University to finance the construction of a new dormitory, the renovation of 2 existing buildings to create additional residence space, and the construction of a new student events pavilion. We’re proud to provide bond financing to Rhode Island’s health & educational organizations so they can meet their facilities needs and their missions.
