In 2023, Providence Schools reopened the completely renovated pre-k through 8th grade Narducci Learning Center. Since 2019, we’ve provided the City of Providence with more than $120 million in tax exempt bond financing for public school construction and renovation projects across the city.

We recently closed on a $76 million bond for the Town of East Greenwich to finance the construction of the new Frenchtown and Hanaford Elementary Schools. Congratulations to the East Greenwich Town Council and School Committee for investing in East Greenwich Public Schools.

In 2018, the City of Pawtucket reopened a completely renovated Potter Burns Elementary School. We’re proud to have helped finance this and other school construction and renovation projects across Pawtucket via $147 million in facilities bonds issued since 2014.
