Case Study: $37 Million In Bond Financing Allows Meeting Street To Build Out Their Providence Campus

In 2005 we closed on a $17 million bond to finance the construction of Meeting Street’s 76,000 sq ft Providence campus. And in 2017 we closed on $20 million in bonds to finance a 33,000 sq ft campus addition. We’re proud to have provided the bond financing to allow Meeting Street to expand to serve more children and families, and to better meet their mission of providing comprehensive educational, therapeutic, and developmental services to children with disabilities and special needs.
