RIHEBC Tours New Brown University Residence Halls & Renovated Churchill House

We recently had the opportunity to tour Brown University’s new Chen & Danoff residence halls, and the recently renovated Churchill House; projects financed via an $87 million RIHEBC bond issued in 2022. Since 1968, we’ve provided Brown University with more than $433 million in bond financing for the construction and renovation of campus facilities.
