From The Archives: RIHEBC Bond Financing Allows Pawtucket To Build A Brand New Henry J. Winters Elementary School

In 2022, the City of Pawtucket opened their new, state-of-the-art, 90,000 sq ft Henry J. Winters Elementary School. We’re proud to have helped finance this project via $147 million in bond issues since 2014 for school facilities projects across Pawtucket.
