RFP for Legislative Consultant

The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (the “Corporation”) is a quasi-public corporation of the State of Rhode Island that assists eligible educational and healthcare institutions in securing funding for capital projects.  The Corporation is soliciting proposals from firms to serve as Legislative Consultant.  This firm would be involved in all aspects of the Corporation’s activities involving the General Assembly and state government.

Proposals must be received by the Corporation no later than Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at noon EST.
