RIHEBC Soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Requests for Proposals for Business Partners

The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation is soliciting statements of qualifications and requests for proposals from firms interested in acting in one of the following roles:

Bond Counsel
Municipal Advisor to the Corporation
Municipal Advisor to the Corporation's Borrowers
General/Issuer Counsel

Completed proposals must be received by the Corporation no later than 12:00 p.m., EST, on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.

The form of the request for SOQ and RFP may be requested from the Corporation by emailing rfp@rihebc.com. Please specify which form you would like to receive when submitting your request.
