Request for Proposals from Firms Interested in Acting as General Counsel

The Rhode Island Health and Educational Building Corporation (“the Corporation”), a Quasi-Public Corporation of the State of Rhode Island, is soliciting proposals from firms interested in acting as the Corporation’s General Counsel and Issuer Counsel.

Completed proposals must be received by the Corporation no later than 12:00 p.m., EST, on Wednesday, July 3, 2019.
